"Men Behind the Sun" was pretty fucked up. Is it weird that I was far more disturbed by the cat killing scene than any of the brutal killing/torture of people? I first watched this ten years ago when I was 13 and that cat death was the only part that stuck with me. Ripping the skin off that lady's hands, baby killing, pressure chamber, live autopsy on a child, none of that really shocked me that much but the cat being killed by rats is perhaps the most disturbing movie moment of all time for me. I like your list, its more inclusive than I would like. I don't agree with a lot of them like jaws, butterfly effect ect. (they are like PG) but overall a good list. Whoever suggested bubba hotep stfu. That didn't even border on scary let alone disturbing. It was just funny. What was that nudist zombie one called? That wasn't too disturbing except for the old lady nudist zombie with the tits that hang down past her waist that she keeps hitting people in the face with.

Cemetary Man. pretty disturbing for a zombie flick; it has some very chilling twists to it, and it reall hits you hard psychologically.

Equus from 1977. It is based on a play by the same name about a teenage boy who blinds six horses with a pick. Very odd, disturbing kind of movie. It will stay with you.
