Creed, one of the most successful rock bands of the past decade, has announced all four of the original band members are back together for a summer tour and new album. Since their formation, Creed has sold close to 35 million albums and millions of concert tickets. Creed will take the stage at the Amway Arena in downtown Orlando on Tuesday, September 15, 2009, at 7:30 PM.

The songwriting team of Stapp and Tremonti are considered one of the most prolific in rock history. Their collaborations delivered numerous chart-topping records that are a testament to the enormity and success of Creed. The band was the first act to have seven consecutive No. 1 rock radio singles, four of which came off of the debut album. Their third album, Weathered, tied The Beatles Anthology, for the most consecutive weeks at No. 1 on Billboard's Top 200 Chart.

The band's debut, My Own Prison, was released on August 26, 1997, and has sold more than 6 million copies in the United States. The follow-up, Human Clay, was distributed on September 28, 1999, and certified Diamond for sales in excess of 11 million copies. The band's last  studio album, Weathered, was released on November 20, 2001, and sold six million plus. In November 2004, Creed Greatest Hits was released, and has sold 2 million copies. The band was voted Favorite Group in 2003 on the People’s Choice Awards and won numerous American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards and others, including the Grammy Award for best Rock Song in 2001 for "With Arms Wide Open."

On reuniting, guitarist Mark Tremonti stated, "We're all very excited to reconnect with our fans and each other after six long years." Drummer Scott Phillips added, "Our career as Creed came to a very abrupt and unforeseen ending. After reflecting on some of the greatest personal and  professional moments of our lives, we've come to realize that we are still very capable of continuing that career and our friendship on a grander scale than ever before." Bassist Brian Marshall continues, "This is a development we are all happy about. It has been a long time since the four of us have taken the stage together, and without hesitation or reservation this is something all of us are in to. The anticipation to get back out there is electrifying." Singer Scott Stapp concluded, "It's amazing how life can change and bring you full circle. Time gave us all a chance to reflect, grow and gain a deeper appreciation of our friendships, artistic chemistry, passion for music, and sincere love for our fans! It's rare in life to get a second chance to make a first impression and we embrace the opportunity. We all believe the BEST IS YET TO COME!"

The  band has also teamed with I Love All Access to provide a variety of VIP ticket packages for the tour, including premium seats, meet and greets, photo ops, parties and more. For more information about VIP packages for the tour, visit www.ILoveAllAccess.com.

The "Creed" concert in Pittsburgh was awesome!! I named my son Creed in 2002, "Arms Wide Open" helped me choose his name. Awesome tune!! For an awesome little guy! He really likes his name, and also enjoys your music! So glad the band is back together!! CREED ROCKS!!

Creed has been my one of my favorites since I first heard them in 97. The first concert I went to was at the HOB in New Orleans on 4-16-98. It was fantastic. The energy that these guys have together is unreal. I was so excited when I heard that they were getting back. on September 18,2009 we went to Lafayette to see them and it was like old times. They rocked it. This was my 11th time seeing them and I could not have been more happier than to see how much Scott appreciates what he has had all this time. Truly Amazing and Full Circle could not have been a better name for the new CD than anything. They truly have come Full Circle. Keep on Rocking Creed We Love Ya!!

Wow, I don't know what band most of you people saw but I just returned from a 3 hour (each way) drive from the Creed show in Houston. At first, I tried to give Creed the doubt that it was just the sound system that was jacked up. However, I was WRONG, so terribly wrong. They sounded horrible. Even when Scott was singing you could not understand him. At times the entire band sounded like a bunch of junior high kids in their parents garage. I would have GLADLY sold my VIP ticket at cost to anyone that could have realistically enjoyed the show. I suppose if you are a die hard Creed fan you might find this crappy show acceptable and will write about how great, fantastic their show was. Trust me, it was a very sorry excuse for a concert. As much as I love Creed and will actually get their new album, NEVER again will I see them in concert. Not even if it was free. I thought Stained were the much better act. We were so disgusted by this piece of crap and attempt at a rock concert, that we left early because it SUCKED so bad. If you want to see a REAL rock concert, go to AC/DC, The Crue, Foo Fighters. And most likely, Them Crooked Vultures. I will update everyone on how that show is next Friday before leaving to go downtown to ACL.

I went to a Creed show in August this and I can ASSURE you, they are more energetic than ever!. Without any doubt, they will once again, stand on top of all the rest. I cant wait for the next CD in a few weeks. Basically, Stapp was sorry for his mistakes in the past and the band forgave him. If you "youtube" their videos this year while on tour, you will see what the word "emotions" truly mean to a band such as Creed. Best band ever!.. Play "Thousand faces" at the Houston Tx show and "Faceless Man" at the Vegas show and maybe some of you will repost on your thoughts tp how deep this band is on a emotionally level... No fakes here my friends....None at all.....All from the heart....Just my thoughts- True Creed Fan.....
